On Today’s Show:
Late Friday, Forest Service Chief Tom Schultz sent a letter to employees discussing the agency's restructuring and the changes coming. The Chief called the changes “generational” and “something Forest Service leaders and employees have known was necessary for some time.”
The Chief was straightforward in saying, “It’s okay not to have all the answers; none of us do.” He went on to say that in the coming weeks, those answers should be known to everyone involved.
I cover this letter and discuss what possible restructuring and reorganization look like.
